Our guests for this episode are Dr Kieran Dinwoodie and Margaret Webb. Kieran is a GP Partner and Trainer in Lanarkshire and a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners. Margaret is a Psychotherapist, using the lens of Transactional Analysis in her work.
In this episode Kieran, Margaret and Elaine consider the impact of belonging on the individual and the team, discussing:

Margaret Webb
Margaret taught Physics and Mathematics for 20 years, including 9 years in a school for young people with special educational needs. During the latter years of her teaching career she trained in counselling and psychotherapy and in 2004 joined the Primary Care Mental Health Team in East Dunbartonshire where she worked for 8 years.

During the latter years of her teaching career she trained in counselling and psychotherapy and in 2004 joined the Primary Care Mental Health Team in East Dunbartonshire where she worked for 8 years.
She has been a visiting tutor at the Physis Training Institute in Edinburgh and now runs a private practice in Glasgow offering psychotherapy, supervision and training.
Dr Kieran Dinwoodie
Kieran is a GP Partner and Trainer working in Lanarkshire. He is GP advisor for chronic pain working with the Centre for Sustainable Delivery, NHS Scotland. He is interested in sustainable general practice through exploring ways to be happier at work and to deliver safe, effective patient care.
Dr Elaine Taylor
Elaine is a GP in Lothian. She is an Associate Adviser with NES, as Module Development lead for PBSGL and lead for the Whole Story Podcast series.
Elaine is passionate about professional development and has held roles in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education at both local and national levels with the RCGP and NES. She has a decade of experience as lead for Clinical Communication at Glasgow Medical School.
Elaine is an International Coaching Federation globally accredited Coach. She has a Masters in Clinical Education, whose research focus was professional identity development.
