Judith has over 30 years’ experience training and working in the creative industries, finding huge satisfaction in helping people work towards becoming the best version of themselves.
Cultivating productive teams, encouraging groups to find a strong sense of team and community, and supporting individuals build confidence and self-esteem is at the core of the work she delivers.
Judith has a direct and focused style of delivery, partnering with her clients to identify what they want and supporting them as they work towards getting it. Working across a range of levels from students and new graduates to middle management and leaders, Judith confidently provides a bespoke service that is adaptable to the needs of the client.
Judith is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) ACC certified and accredited Level 2 Coach and is a Director of G Stephen and Company Ltd. Judith is a Coach Educator and Coach Mentor with Full Circle Global.
Dr Elaine Taylor
Elaine is a GP in Lothian. She is an Associate Adviser with NES, as Module Development lead for PBSGL and lead for the Whole Story Podcast series.
Elaine is passionate about professional development and has held roles in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education at both local and national levels with the RCGP and NES. She has a decade of experience as lead for Clinical Communication at Glasgow Medical School.
Elaine is an International Coaching Federation globally accredited Coach. She has a Masters in Clinical Education, whose research focus was professional identity development.
